Today gathered some audience feedback on my music video. Many people said they enjoyed it. However there were many improvements needed to be done.
For example some people said the camera was a bit shaky and the cuts and fades were too fast for the song. Therefore I have decided when I will refilm the music video, I will not do any handheld filming but do it all on a tripod and make sure that when zooming and moving the camera that i do this smoothly and slowly.
Also another thing that was said was that it looks awkward having the band on the end of the stage and only 4 people in the church. Therefore my new plan is to have the band centralised on stage – under the cross. And also try and gather up a congregation for the church in the video.
Plus there needs to be a little bit of focus on Holly and her guitar. Therefore I have decided I will film her and her guitar lip synching to the song outside near where the photos where taken for the digipak and magazine advert. This will help link all three together.
I will now organise a date with the actor and band members to refilm the music video.
